Job Description
To execute technical due diligence and assist in the feasibility analysis, and regulatory assessment of prospective business development opportunities including, but not limited to, electric cooperatives and private distribution utilities in the Philippines and the international market, with the objective of pursuing expansions, joint ventures, concessions, or acquisitions aligned with the company’s strategic growth plans.
