Job Description
To lead and execute technical due diligence, feasibility analysis, and regulatory assessment of prospective business development opportunities including, but not limited to, electric cooperatives and private distribution utilities in the Philippines and the international market, with the objective of pursuing expansions, joint ventures, concessions, or acquisitions aligned with the company’s strategic growth plans.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any power industry related course
- Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
- At least 10 years’ experience in the distribution sector or similar industry.
- Leadership: At least 3 years experience
- Project: At least 2 years experience
