We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our high-volume outbound sales efforts. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, excels at cold calling, and consistently turns outreach into qualified leads.
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and create interest will play a critical role in driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and create interest will play a critical role in driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Engage decision-makers and qualify leads through effective conversations
- Build rapport quickly and uncover potential opportunities
- Follow up consistently to advance leads through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of outbound cold calling in sales or lead generation
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or high-ticket sales is a plus
- Background in MSP, BPO, staffing, or recruiting is highly preferred
- Dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, RingCentral)
- Slack (team communication)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
