As a Business Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects and leads as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas and drive business growth.

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects and leads as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas and drive business growth.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through research, calls, and emails.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads and determine their fit for the company’s products/services.
- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outbound communication to build relationships and schedule meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain records of interactions and progress within CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on KPIs and outreach performance.

- Studies: A High School Degree is required. A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other related courses.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, business development or related. Having experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
- Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.
- Schedule: Must be flexible and is willing to be assigned in any work shift. Work schedule will follow the American calendar.
