Job Description
- Implement, and execute the business development/growth and revenue strategy for Marketplace and Mall sellers
- Introduce, execute, and grow specific projects and/or initiatives for Monetization to better manage Shopee’s sellers
- Prepare program materials and reports to continuously improve and monitor KPIs
- Coordinate with Shopee’s cluster teams to ensure Monetization initiatives have high adoption and success rate
- Constantly coordinate with internal stakeholders for project development
- Perform adhoc tasks needed in relation to Monetization, when necessary
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar relevant field
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management and process improvement
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proficient in GSuite (e.g. Gsheets, GSlides, etc)
