WATER QUALITY PLATFORM

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer, and ChemTreat. WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.

Business Development Manager Industrial Segments

• Consulting existing and acquiring new customers
• Developing the market across Vietnam
• Meeting sales and activity targets
• Maintaining CRM database
• Exchanging with colleagues in Philippines and our manufacturing organizations globally
  
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing ( Job Responsibilities)

• Hold a bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering / Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemical, Biology
• 3-5 year’s experiences work for experiences in water quality instrument and Industrial segment
  
  
  

(ie: F&B, Chemical/ Steel & Mining/ Micro E, Power..)

• Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experienced working in global/internal company
• Familiar funnel management using CRM/SFDC
• Be able to work in independently and in a remote area
• Proficient in English is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with WQ, automation industry as they deal with Food and Beverage, Chemical, Automation…
• Level of travel required: 80%
