We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within local and international markets, including creating new business lines, and exploring both software and hardware solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and customer retention.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals, including proposing new software solutions, services, and hardware offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business strategies to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and successfully close deals with clients to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the company ahead of the competition and identify emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, expanding the company’s reach and visibility.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development performance, market trends, and sales progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management in the software development industry, with a strong track record of driving growth through both software and hardware sales.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close high-value deals.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet sales targets.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights based on market and customer data.
• A proactive approach to client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and other business development activities.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
