We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead a team of 3-4 Business Development Representatives (BDR) based in the Philippines. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic outbound sales campaigns, while ensuring team targets and KPIs are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of BDRs and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams in different time zones.

Day in the Life
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 BDRs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure targets are met
- Develop and implement outbound sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to establish and achieve revenue goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and results
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a Sales Management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience at a high growth start up serving QSR customers, a plus
- Must be willing to work following the US time zone
- Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results.
