Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for building connections and driving growth? Were looking for a talented Part-Time Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach in the SEA region.
What Youll Do:
Outsource Accelerator is the trusted source for independent information, advisory and expert implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). We are the #1 Outsourcing Authority, and we offer the worlds leading aggregator marketplace for outsourcing.
We specifically provide the conduit between Philippines outsourcing suppliers and the businesses clients across the globe. We continue to provide world-class talent to help small and medium-sized enterprises successfully build their offshore team in the Philippines.
What Youll Do:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential companies with sales leaders as prospective clients.
- Engage & Connect: Use LinkedIn to execute professional outreach campaigns, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry needs to refine strategies.
- Build Relationships: Schedule calls and meetings, ensuring a personal touch in every interaction.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (5+ years preferred).
- Expertise in LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
- Experience in Southeast Asian market.
- Identify new business opportunities, including markets, growth areas, trends, and clients
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Dayshift (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
