We're Hiring: Business Development Associate!
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a passion for driving growth and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
Identify and qualify potential clients, making introductions and setting appointments for the Inside Sales Team. Be proactive, organized, and motivated to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline. Lead Generation: Research prospective clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot; maintain an accurate database for targeted outreach; conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Monitor lead activity using HubSpot. Appointment Setting: Engage leads to understand their pain points, qualify them, and schedule appointments; handle follow-ups for consistent communication. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Collaboration: Work with the Inside Sales Manager on targeted campaigns; report on lead quality and campaign performance for optimization. Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of outreach activities, appointments set, and conversion rates; provide weekly updates on performance.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales (VA/BPO industry experience is a plus). Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and email outreach tools.
