We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Manager to join our team immediately. This is a work-from-home position that requires a proactive individual who is experienced in driving business growth and managing client accounts, particularly within the outsourcing industry.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and deliver value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to start immediately.
