The Business Data Analyst is responsible for designing and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, secure, and accurate data for business intelligence. They optimize data flows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves managing end-to-end data projects, aligning systems with business needs, and continuously monitoring data quality and security.

- Designs and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines and infrastructure
- Continuously improves data retrieval and processing systems
- Enhances data storage and processing systems to meet industry standards
- Implements best practices for data accuracy and consistency & ensures secure handling of data in compliance with regulations
- Works with data analysts, scientists, business stakeholders, and IT teams
- Leads end-to-end data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Maintains comprehensive documentation of data architectures and workflows
- Regularly updates senior leadership on data initiatives and project status
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Economics / Business Related Course / Data Analytics / Information Technology / Computer Engineering
- With at least 2 or 3 more years in Data Engineering
- Knowledge and experience in data engineering
- Knowledge in operationalizing data policies, controls and procedures
- With background in handling data within banking industries
