What you will do:
- Act as the Financial Business Partner for Global Real Estate and Facility Management organizations
- You are responsible for the cost controlling of these global organizations with a spend >100M$ annually
- The Global Real Estate organization makes sure that all of our > 3000 office and R&D employees have a state of the art workplace at strategic locations across the world
- The Facility Management organization is responsible for keeping our 5 production locations across the world up and running, e.g. by ensuring their utility supplies, setup and maintenance of clean rooms, etc
- You work closely together with the heads of these organizations, and are part of their management teams
- You work together with the Business Groups to gather insight into their (R&D) plans, and translate these plans into requirements for workplaces and office locations
- You are on top of KPI performance like "Cost per workplace", "Electricity consumption per product produced", etc and are actively driving improvements in these areas
- You are proactively driving saving programs and process improvements
- You ensure timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc (cost) reporting
- You prepare the recurring cost forecasts, both short term and long term
- You report out and present to senior management on regular basis
- Minimum Master's degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required
- 4 years or more experience in Finance function of international company, Big Four, Consulting etc.
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Conceptual and Out of the Box thinker
- Fast anticipation of data and information
- Ability to communicate at Senior Level
- Independent worker able to deliver according to planning
- Fluent in English Speaking/Writing
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint), SAP business warehouse, solid SAP FI/CO knowledge
- Strong analytical and Accuracy driven mindset
- Pro-active attitude with a drive to improve
