The Commercial Operations team is accountable for defining & optimizing global sales processes to achieve strategic results, as well as developing relevant, data-based insights for the senior management team.
Role
Your focus will be to contribute to the top management by providing actionable insights into Universal Robot’s commercial strategies. Through strong communication and an insightful approach, you will gain reliability in the organization and play a vital role in ensuring that the right business information is brought forward at the right time. Main functions of the role will include:

- Own the standard Sales KPIs reporting provided to executive management, ensuring accuracy & precision in all reports provided.
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to enable effective & efficient operations of Global Sales functions
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to provide insights to improve our commercial strategies by building, tracking, and evaluating sales funnel metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes by implementing performance monitoring capabilities, investigating processes, and developing clear action plans to deliver against strategic results.

- +5 years of experience from FP&A, business intelligence, data science, commercial excellence, performance management, operational audit, or similar preferred
- Relevant educational background, Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX functions).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and data, preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge of productivity or workflow tools (such as Power Automate or Power Apps) is an advantage.
- Cross-functional skills – capable of building a strong network and interacting with stakeholders across organizational structures.
- Communicate fluently in English - verbally as well as in writing.
