Job Description
- Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
- Design and document operations process flow to support operations
- Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
- At Least 3-5 years experience in Business Analyst preferably in the same industry
- Data Analytics and Visualization (Google Sheets, Excel)
- SQL and Database Management (SQL queries, data extraction and manipulation)
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking (structured analytical frameworks, root-cause analysis)
- Project Management & Coordination (stakeholder alignment, timeline and resource management)
- Communication & Presentation (clearly articulating insights and recommendations)
