Job Summary
- Primarily responsible for the conduct of business analysis activities in support of the Bank’s enterprise projects and other initiatives, ensuring relevant, complete and timely output that are within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Compliance and other regulatory framework, customer centric and responsive to business and operational requirements.
- Works under the leadership of a Process Design Architect or Senior Business Analyst and provides support in designing, implementing and optimizing business processes for identified key enterprise and strategic initiatives of the Bank.
- Primarily responsible for handling the conduct of business analysis activities for the assigned initiatives. Output can be any or a combination of the following:
- a. Business process reviews;
- b. Policies and procedures;
- c. Systems development (e.g., creation of specs/product backlog, design, quality assurance testing, configuration); or
- d. Other related business analysis outputs.
- Liaises with stakeholders on matters concerning the initiatives or projects being done for specific business units.
- Supports and/or implements other initiatives and directives as may be required
- College degree, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering background
- Knowledge in Business process analysis; policy and process development and management; quality assurance testing.
- With experience in business process documentation and internal audit
- At least three (3) years of management experience
- Knowledge on business process mapping and improvement
- Knowledge on system analysis and system enhancement methodologies
- Knowledge on internal audit and management reporting
