Job Summary
- Primarily responsible for the conduct of business process and system analysis/activities.
- Ensures that business processes and systems within units of CLG are aligned across the Bank/organization for smooth processing and delivery of bank services and Consumer Loan products.
- Documentation of CLG's Operations Manual (OM), Implementing Guidelines (IG), and Advisories
- On system development/enhancement - creation of Change Request (CR) and facilitation of User Acceptance Training (UAT)
- Provide necessary support to business unit initiatives (e.g. creation of monitoring tools, conducting business process review, time & motion study, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course, preferably BS
- Industrial Engineering
- At least three (3) years of banking experience, preferably with experience in business process documentation and internal audit
- At least three (3) years of management experience
- Knowledge on business process mapping and improvement
- Knowledge on system analysis and system enhancement methodologies
- Knowledge on BSP and other bank-related regulations and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge on internal audit and management reporting
