Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with project management/project lead experience to support our customer in driving operational excellence within cards products. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes related to cards products to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights for process improvements and decision-making.
- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring business performance.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of business needs with system capabilities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support business recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
- Prior experience in financial services/banking is required; experience in cards products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Philippines-based and willing to work on-site in Makati City.
