What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiatives.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to drive engagement and gather insights.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis software.
Experience in change management methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
