Business Analyst | Remote (Process & Data Strategist)

Drive Operational Excellence: Bridge Strategy, Technology, and E-commerce Growth.

TalentPop is the operational engine for top E-commerce brands, driving rapid scaling of our customer experience and service delivery model. We are seeking a highly analytical and process-focused Business Analyst to join our team. This role is a critical nexus between our executive strategy, operational teams (HR, Operations, Sales), and the technology that powers our growth.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will transform business needs and data insights into clear, documented requirements and efficient processes. You will own the integrity of our key performance data and ensure our technology roadmap aligns perfectly with our aggressive growth targets.

Your Mission: Process Architecture and Requirements Ownership

You will be the key driver in diagnosing problems, defining solutions, and ensuring flawless execution across TalentPop's internal systems and operations.

  • Business Process Optimization & Analysis
  • Process Mapping: Lead deep-dive analysis and documentation of current 'As-Is' processes across Sales, Operations, and People teams, defining streamlined 'To-Be' processes.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify strategic and operational gaps, recommending specific changes to systems, workflows, and organizational structures to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • KPI Definition: Partner with leadership to define, measure, and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting tools.
  • Requirements Management & System Implementation
  • Requirements Elicitation: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating ambiguous business needs into clear, concise, and verifiable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • System Roadmapping: Drive the implementation or optimization of critical business systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, Project Management tools), managing user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch validation.
  • Documentation Ownership: Create and maintain core documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), requirements traceability matrices, and process flow diagrams.
  • Strategic Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Data Sourcing: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for executive decision-making (e.g., pipeline data, labor metrics, client performance scores).
  • Executive Insight: Assist non-technical leadership in leveraging BI tools and reporting dashboards, providing context and insight into key business trends and operational risks.

What Makes You the Right Fit

This role requires a unique combination of analytical rigor, meticulous documentation skills, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience as a **Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Systems Analyst**, ideally within a high-growth E-commerce, SaaS, or BPO environment.
  • Methodology Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., **BABOK, Agile/Scrum**) and documentation techniques (UML diagrams, User Stories).
  • Requirements Mastery: Proven ability to manage the full requirements lifecycle, from elicitation and documentation to traceability and validation.
  • System Fluency: Familiarity with key enterprise systems and data structures (e.g., **HubSpot/Salesforce, HRIS platforms, or relational databases**).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops, mediate scope conflicts, and translate technical specifications into business-friendly language.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

TalentPop Perks: Invest in Your Impact

As a critical strategist in our fully remote organization, you will receive:

  • Competitive Compensation: Highly competitive salary package with performance bonuses.
  • Full Flexibility: Enjoy a truly fully remote work setup, giving you ultimate work flexibility.
  • Health & Well-being: Comprehensive health support, including insurance or a generous health stipend.
  • Time to Recharge: Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday Bonuses.

Remote Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless remote collaboration, candidates must meet the following minimum technical standards:

  • Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection with **20 Mbps minimum** (upload and download).
  • Personal Computer: Personal computer with at least an **i5 processor (or equivalent).**
