Description
Overview: This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and individuals with up to three years of professional experience who are eager to fast-track their career growth. Participants will be exposed to multiple areas of the business, including commercials, operations, marketing, sales, and growth, allowing for hands-on exposure to core business functions. By working alongside experienced specialists and cross-functional teams, you will gain a broad understanding of how a the business operates. The role is intentionally dynamic, adapting to the changing needs of ongoing projects and business objectives. This flexibility encourages you to develop a versatile skill set and prepare for future leadership roles. Throughout the program, you will build expertise in both strategic and operational areas, ensuring you develop into a well-rounded professional ready to make an impact.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop programs to grow your assigned product line while ensuring efficiency and commercial viability.
- Monitor growth across key metrics among business lines and perform data-driven analysis to determine campaign performance and optimize programs handled.
- Manage overall project timelines and ensure timely and efficient delivery across teams.
- Conceptualize marketing strategies and work with various teams to implement programs (content creation, digital marketing, CRM, and social media, etc).
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enable strategic programs.
- Fresh Graduate or ~1-3 years working experience
- Preferably with experience growth & marketing oriented positions for rewards, finance, and/or tech companies
- College graduate. Preferably a degree in business, engineering, or computer science related courses
