Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with business analysis best practices and standards.
- Provide support during the testing phase to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- With background in Accounting or finance-related projects
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
