In this role, your mission is to drive efficiency and innovation. You will make a direct impact by:

• Developing comprehensive process maps to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement.
• Analyzing existing databases to determine missing fields and categorize data types.
• Leveraging AI tools to enhance data management systems for accurate operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate AI solutions addressing data-related challenges.
• Providing actionable insights to enhance processes aligned with business objectives.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital transformation contexts

Technical Skills

• You are proficient in AI and data analysis tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Non-Negotiables

• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Bonus Points

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with a proven track record in process optimization
• Familiarity with database management and data analysis software

The Role at a Glance

• Compensation: PHP 50,000-70,000
• Schedule: Dayshift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
• Work Setup: Onsite (3 months), Hybrid after
• Tech Stack: Asset Management Tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow), Reporting & Analytical Software and Financial Systems
• Reports to: Head of Operations
