Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and improve business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and requirements. - Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commercial Insurance. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Proficient in creating detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to support project execution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
