What you will do

• :Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for HR tech solutions
• .Jira Board Management: Create, manage, and optimize Jira boards to track project progress, ensure timely task completion, and facilitate agile workflows
• .Airtable Workflow Optimization: Design and maintain Airtable bases to organize HR data, automate processes, and support cross-functional collaboration
• .n8n Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n to integrate HR systems, streamline repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency
• .Python Scripting: Write and maintain basic Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, or integration tasks within HR tech systems
• .Data Management and Reporting: Query and analyze HR data using SQL in data warehouses (DWH) to generate insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
• .Chatbot and LLM Integration: Support the implementation and maintenance of chatbot systems and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance HR processes like employee onboarding, query resolution, and engagement
• .Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain and update documentation in WIKI systems to ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date process and system information
• .Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements, progress, and deliverables
• .Problem-Solving and Task Management: Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
