Business Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the internal customer
• Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
• Consider opportunities and potential risk attached to suggestions you make
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Perform quality assurance
• Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
• Partner with stakeholders across all departments to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, Professional License(Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• With at least 1 year experience
• Proven experience as Business Analyst
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients.
• Ability to analyze/interpret credit and financial data and take appropriate action.
