We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8-10 years expertise join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
- Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
