JOB DESCRIPTION

The Access Management Group Production Team Leader oversees a team of 8 analysts responsible for role-based access administration for CCB. This leadership role involves developing and coaching an exempt-level team, acting as liaison between the business and operations group, and leading automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency. The Team Leader ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service by resolving access issues and adhering to access control policies and standards. Additionally, they are responsible for constructing and presenting Executive Business Reviews and creating content for User Forums and Access Champion update meetings.

. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with business partners and executives.
. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service and effective production support.
. Proven experience in leading medium to large-scale projects, multitasking, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
. Proactive in identifying potential issues, implementing preventative solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
