- Able to provide system and IT support to the wider group;
- Able to offer advice on functional and technical requirements for the maintenance system development.
- Coordinate upgrades as required for the MC system.
- Develop Training packages as required.
- Offer advice on future enhancements.
- Manage key contracts with the use of information contained with Maintenance Connect.
- Proficient in the use of “Maintenance Connection” or equivalent work order system such as Maximo, Simpro, SAP and CMMS systems
- Ensure MC is 100% updated at all times with relevant asset and compliance information.
- Registration of plant and equipment as required
- Management of contractors to ensure relevant insurance, compliance and certifications are current.
- Provide ongoing reporting to the wider business in order to meet key KPI's
Non-negotiables
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel in order to produce meaningful reports on contractor insights, trends and spend
- Maintenance connect software experience an advantage or similar workorder system experience such as Maximo, Simpro, SAP and CMMS systems
- Strong decision-making skills to lead sub-contractors
- A commonsense approach and initiative when resolving issues.
- Ability to view, sort and filter data
- Previous exposure to petroleum industries is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work as a team in a busy environment.
- Experience working in high pressure, outcome driven environments.
