Provide operational support on the day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to budget processing and monitoring for Sales and Marketing Group, ensuring efficient spending and execution of activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide operational support on the day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to budget processing and monitoring for Sales and Marketing Group, ensuring efficient spending and execution of activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews budget requests (BR) of all Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring completeness of information and supporting documents.
- Coordinates with BR proponents and cross-functional teams such as Project Finance on all related matters
- Regularly monitors compliance and progress on the monthly budget requests, ensuring timely approval.
