Broker Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities:
To achieve profitable growth in the GI commercial lines of business under the Broker Channel by engaging multinational and local Brokers in the GI Industry, specifically aimed in selling AXA GI Products on specific and targeted risk appetite.
- Drive New Business sales success by achieving monthly and annual quota targets. Coordinate and fulfil all requests from assigned insurance brokers in Cebu, including preparing quotations across all lines, managing premium receivables, responding to inquiries via email, call and text.
- Drive and Improve Renewal Business persistency
- Effectively manage renewal accounts assigned, aimed to improving persistency.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters to optimize quotation outcomes.
- Conduct scheduled visits to Brokers, attend client roadshows, to foster and maintain strong partnership with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or insurance field is preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
· Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
· Ability to analyse business and financial data
· Insurance Sales Background is preferred
· Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
