We’re expanding our teams in Mandaluyong and Santa Rosa, Laguna, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join us as Broker Relations Specialists.

What You’ll Do

As a Broker Relations Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our real estate licensed brokers and internal teams. Your main goal is to recruit, train, and support them so they can thrive—and close deals more effectively.

• Generate Leads: Build and maintain a strong database of real estate licensed brokers through research and outreach. Set appointments and help create opportunities.
• Support Brokers: Assist brokers by answering queries, helping with documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and transactions.
• Coordinate Sales Activities: Act as a link between brokers and the sales team—schedule meetings, help with contract processing, and follow up on opportunities.
• Train and Develop: Offer learning and development sessions for brokers to help them improve their skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and Greenfield projects.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a 4-year college course
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about building strong relationships
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or team management.
• Registered Real Estate Salesperson under the real estate board and Licensed Real Estate Broker are a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed a 4-year college course.
• Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
• We're looking for people with great communication skills, both verbal and written. Our team welcomes talent that has experience in relationship building, team management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• With a minimum of 1-year sales experience and proven track record.
