Analyze performance metrics to optimize broker productivity
Provide training and support for brokers on products and services offered
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or property development management
Proven track record in managing broker networks effectively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of local real estate regulations is a plus
