Brand Specialist (Digital Marketing)

This role plays a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth and visibility across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing communication materials, implementing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across online and on-ground initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and partners to execute programs that strengthen consumer engagement and market presence.

As the Brand Specialist, you will

  • Manage the development and optimization of consumer communication materials and brand assets to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Lead the timely and effective execution of brand marketing activities and promotions.
  • Drive integration between digital and on-ground initiatives to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Oversee operational aspects related to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor performance of marketing activities and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

    • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions (FMCG experience is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign management, and consumer engagement.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think strategically.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
    • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
