Title: Brand Specialist

The Brand Specialist, as support to the Brand Manager, will lead the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include but not limited to the following: web content, mobile, email, SEM, SEO, social media and onsite display ads.

This role also performs functional and administrative activities specific to management of store marketing materials request, (A&P) Budget Tracking, and calendar management of Marketing Activities.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Provides support on the creation of digital marketing strategy with the Brand Manager.
  • Performs the management of brand social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
  • Builds strong partnership and leads coordination with the digital agencies and other vendor partners for development and execution to achieve successful campaign collaborations.
  • Responsible for social media community management and coordination for any online crisis.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and creates action plans as needed.
  • Supports the Brand Manager on continuous marketing innovations and improvements to excite and attract audience.

Budget Management

  • Updates Advertising & Promotions (A&P) monitoring report with latest budget allocations, actual, and commitments; and media spending.
  • Arranges and leads budget update meetings with Brand, Channels and Trade Marketing Teams.
  • Processes billings for payment.
  • Processes Gift Cheque (GC) requirements.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manages the store marketing materials request.
  • Manages regular admin needs of Marketing Team and arranges meetings for and in behalf of the Marketing Head.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Should have working knowledge of the latest digital and social media technologies and channels, and how to best leverage them for marketing programs.
  • Should have working knowledge of social media platforms and stay up-to-date with trends on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
