Job Description
- Lead in the creation and implementation of communication strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Develop and maintain communication frameworks that ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Lead the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and communication goals.
- Oversee Public Relations campaigns related to the projects of the Marketing team.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and other key partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Develop strong relationships with local media networks.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic communications, advertising, or brand management.
- Proven experience leading integrated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer and brand endorsement campaigns.
- Strong background in offline marketing campaigns, including media buying and public relations.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and optimize strategy.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
