Role Title: Brand Manager - Premium Deodorants
Location: BGC, Taguig (Philippines)
Deodorants are one of the most exciting categories in Personal Care today – fast growing, innovative and dynamic! You will lead the brand building strategy for Deodorants, driving market share growth through delivering strong consumer engagement and commercial executions. You will develop and implement full social first plans that create desire for our brands, increase their appeal and drive sales.
Your key focus areas will include: Consumer Insights, Innovation, Product Marketing, Digital Activations, Media Planning, Agency Management and Stakeholder Engagement. You will also take ownership of your brand’s Nielsen scorecard and sales target achievement across Modern Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Teamwork: Manage cross functional teams to execute the brand plan successfully
- Strategic Thinking: Understand category dynamics and competitive landscape; identify opportunities to grow the brand(s) under your care
- Business Acumen: Drive the financial performance of the brand(s); set clear objectives and monitor progress against them
- Consumer Focus: Put consumers at the heart of all activities by understanding their needs, motivations and desires
- Effective Communication: Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior management
- Project Management: Plan, manage and execute projects effectively within budgeted timeframes
- Adaptability: Be flexible and open to change as we continuously strive to improve our ways of working
- University degree in Marketing or other relevant field
- Minimum 4 years experience in FMCG brand building roles, preferably with Deodorants
- Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and growing market share
- Experience managing agencies and third party vendors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues and partners
- Creative problem solver who can think outside the box
- Fast learner with an appetite for personal development
- Self-motivated with high energy levels and passion for winning
- Comfortable with travel when required for meetings and project related activity
