Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create strategies that align with company goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior and competitors.
  • Brand Positioning: Define the brand's unique value in the market.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the brand budget efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments for brand consistency.
  • Content Creation: Manage marketing content to align with brand messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Consumer Engagement: Build relationships with consumers through various channels.
  • Brand Guidelines: Establish guidelines for a consistent brand identity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA can be advantageous.
  • At least 3-5 years in brand management, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
