About the Role:
We are an exclusive distributor specializing in luxury home furnishings brands, committed to bringing sophistication, elegance, and quality craftsmanship to the targeted clientele in the Philippines.
As the Brand Manager, you shall be responsible for the over-all development of the portfolio of the assigned brand. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around strategic brand building, market expansion, and driving business growth in the dynamic Philippine market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the market positioning and vision of our exclusive brands.
- Maintain brand integrity and coherence across all marketing and sales initiatives.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Create and execute captivating marketing campaigns that resonate with our target market, utilizing both online and offline channels.
- Enhance brand visibility and engagement through various platforms and exclusive events.
Sales and Business Growth:
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, interior designers, architects, and high-profile clients to increase brand recognition and influence.
Product Management and Merchandising:
- Oversee product assortment to ensure alignment with brand identity and local market preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, refine product offerings, and introduce new collections as per market demand.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years solid experience in marketing and brand management and 2 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity
- Experience within the luxury retail industry is a plus.
- Proven expertise in consumer insights, data-driven marketing and brand management
- Must have strong business acumen and high creativity
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Adept in collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
