Brand Incubation Specialist (Seller Onboarding)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Incubation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing newly onboarded brands on our Mall platform through a structured 12-week incubation program. Your goal will be to support these brands in achieving sustainable growth and maximizing their potential within the ecosystem.

• 
  Manage a portfolio of up to 30 newly onboarded shops per month on the Mall platform
• .Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners during the incubation period
• .Support and guide new brands through the 12-week incubation program
• .Assist with setting up product listings and ensuring compliance with branding and marketing standards
• .Educate brands on available growth programs and marketing tools, both on-site and off-site
• .Monitor and report on performance metrics such as ADO (Average Daily Orders), ADGMV (Average Daily Gross Merchandise Value), monetization rates, and utilization of platform benefits

Requirement
