The role supports the Brand & Experience team of Globe Platinum in the formulation of customer experience flow, processes, and ideas that delight our customers while assisting with brand marketing execution.

- Support key experience initiatives of Globe Platinum through research and process creation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to help drive seamless execution of Customer Experience requirements
- Support execution of key brand initiatives across PR, KOL, and social media efforts, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with Platinum's tone and experience standards
- Assist with operational efficiency by proactively tracking approvals and timelines for various experience executions
- Gain hands-on training in customer experience and brand management within a premium service environment
