Candidates with inventory management/marketing background from foreign fashion is accepted as long as willing to handle a food brand
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Merchandising
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in known Restaurant or Cafe industry
- Have good presentation skills to foreign Principals, thus with excellent communication skills
- Strong background in Marketing and/or Merchandising/Inventory Planning in the Restaurant Industry
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Inventory Management of food items / perishable goods
- Monitor trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
- Assist and oversee new and ongoing marketing activities
- Build brand awareness by brand positioning & customer insights
- Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to sales conversion
