Branch Sales Officer - San Narciso, Quezon Province

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Sales Officer or Dreams Fulfillment Officer (Business Development Officer) is responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional activities, training, and coaching of new and existing dealers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• With experience in any of the following fields would be an advantage - direct selling, sales, FMCG, retail, telco, or merchandising.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience specializing in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Preferably with recruiting, training, and people management experience.
• Must be open to conducting field work to help the branch widen their network of dealers.
• Good in customer service, people management, sales oriented, flexible, highly motivated individual and computer literate.
