This role involves leading operational efforts, conducting audits, addressing operational issues, and ensuring that all operational functions are carried out efficiently and in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising store operations
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral or in writing
- Analytical thinking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit store locations
