Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision of overall branch operations that include cash, accounting, safety of branch, staff and clients.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any Business related courses
Has at least three (3) years of experience in managing and supervising daily cash operation in the bank
Has supervisory and leadership experience
Has a balanced customer service and risk management orientation
Highly analytical and people-oriented
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and control branch expenses according to budget
Ensure that the Branch is ready for business on time and without delay
Manage and supervise daily branch operations an see to it that all units are functioning and adhering to Bank policies and procedures
