BRANCH OPERATION HEAD/BRANCH MANAGER

About the role

As the Branch Operation Head/Branch Manager at MOTORJOY DEPOT INC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch located. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all branch-level activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth at the branch
• Oversee and monitor the performance of the branch team, providing coaching and support as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations
• Contribute to the development of branch-level budgets and financial forecasts
• Collaborate with the wider organization to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

• Significant experience in a sales management or branch operations role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor and improve operational efficiency
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
