The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for driving revenues growth and overall viability of the branch operation by attaining its financial targets and through training and development of manpower, strategic market plans, and overall support to its operating units.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Manages operations of the branch, including Sales, Aftersales, and administrative functions, and ensures the branch meets its operational and financial targets by implementing effective processes and procedures.
- Sales and Business Development: Strengthens and develops the Company’s position in the industry through close monitoring of financial growth and stability.
- Financial Management: Oversees financial decisions, optimizes resource allocation, and drives strategies that enhance overall financial performance aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Sets a clear goal and expectations, provides constructive feedback, fosters open communication, promotes a culture of trust and inclusivity, and encourages professional growth.
- Strategic Planning: Analyzes the internal and external environments, identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and sets long-term goals aligned with the company’s mission.
- Customer Service Excellence: Understands and anticipates customer needs, delivers effective solutions, and fosters strong relationships with customers
- Compliance and Safety: Promotes workplace safety, environmental protection, and labor practices, as well as implementing internal policies that promote health and well-being, quality culture and sustainability
Qualification
- Graduate of Business Management/Administration, MBA is an advantage
- With at least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager preferably in an Automotive setting
- Analytical mind and sound business judgment, goal and results-oriented
