JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees the production, distribution, and marketing operations of a branch plant or assigned territory within an industrial organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, with at least 5 years background as a Sales Manager.
Preferably with sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines
Knowledgeable in kitchen and laundry equipment as well as air-conditioning systems
With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, target management, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
Strong customer service orientation with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Results-driven, with strong strategic planning and organizational abilities
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - Sales
Engages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned area
Develops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforce
Reviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branch's profitability
Monitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reach
Oversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting records
Prepares and recommends the annual budget to management
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
