The Branch Manager is responsible in ensuring profitable operations of Game Park (Bowling) Operations.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Oversees all aspects of bowling center operations
• Monitors and manages the facility’s budget, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve profitability
• Analyzes and reports the performance of his/her branch of assignment
• Implements programs to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize his/her branch of assignment
• Implements policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance to standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objective of maximizing shareholders' return
BRANCH SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Develops and executes localized sales initiatives to increase walk-in customers and corporate clients, and bowling league partnerships
• Manages existing portfolio of clients and partners
• Collaborates with HO business unit and HO/Mall Marketing counterparts in the implementation of various sales programs to achieve revenue targets
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Monitors customer satisfaction levels and drives initiatives to improve overall customer experience in his/her branch of assignment
• Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction to all the employees within the team. These tasks include compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training for overall talent development and for the best interest of the company.
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any training program development and/or implementation which require the specific technical and/or soft skills of the job to contribute to the development of talents within the organization
Qualifications:
- At least four (4) years of experience in related field.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, high attributes of initiative, excellent leadership, keen on details and with good sense of judgment.
- Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
