DUTIES:
- Branch Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive understanding of all branch stations.
- Company Policies: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and adherence to company policies and culture.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with upper management.
- Food Safety: Oversee and ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
- Disciplinary Actions: Issue Disciplinary Action Forms (DAF) as needed.
- Core Values: Instill and promote core values and core practices among staff.
- Documentation Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of all store forms.
- Stock Management: Ensure accurate ordering and management of stock inventory.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all equipment in optimal working condition.
- Staff Inspections: Conduct uniform and grooming checks for all staff members.
- Interviews: Conduct final interviews for rank-and-file positions.
- Scheduling: Handle scheduling and timekeeping responsibilities.
- Cleanliness: Ensure all stations are kept clean and organized.
- Supervisor Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of BOH and FOH supervisors.
- Training: Train FOH and BOH supervisors to meet company standards.
- Staff Motivation: Motivate and support staff to achieve their best performance.
- Sales & Production: Ensure the fulfillment of sales and production quotas.
- Cash Handling: Manage store cash, including revolving fund and bank deposits.
- Store Operations: Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least college undergraduate in any relevant course
- At least 3 years experience in managerial position in the food industry
